Due to the digital nature of our services, Enoylity Studio generally does not accept returns.

Refunds:
Refund requests will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Non-delivery of the Service:
    If the service is not delivered within the agreed timeframe (unless delays are communicated and mutually agreed upon), customers may request a refund.

  • Service not as Described:
    If the delivered service significantly deviates from the agreed specifications, customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will assess and, if valid, either revise the work or issue a refund at our discretion.

Process for Refund Requests:

  • Submit your refund request via email to support@enoylity.com, clearly stating your reason for requesting a refund and providing relevant details of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days, credited back to your original method of payment.

Cancellation:

  • Customers may cancel a service within 24 hours of order confirmation without penalty.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee proportional to the work already completed.
